All staff have received extensive hygiene training and will be tested before the event
All staff wear mouth and nose protection at all times
All spectators: inside and artists: inside access to the club is only granted with proof of a negative test, a complete vaccination or recovery.
The room is thoroughly ventilated before and during the show; mechanical ventilation is available.
The toilets are cleaned and checked regularly
The sanitary facilities and all relevant surfaces are disinfected regularly (also during operation)
Disinfectant is provided at various locations
Distance markings on the floor in the entrance area and in front of the toilets help to maintain the minimum distance
The seating plan was adjusted in compliance with the necessary distances
There is a wayfinding system with separate entrances and exits
After the end of the show, enough time is planned to leave the venue
Visitor contact details are recorded and stored within the framework of the GDPR guidelines for potential contact tracking.
